I thought I would tone more in my stomach area due to a lot of the moves being for abs, but my thighs got some toning too!! Also, check out my chest gaining an inch? I should have added my butt in here too as I noticed that this did tone up a bit as my pants look nicer! I personally think that this is a great way to be introduced to a regular workout routine and if you are missing the gym, this is great as it keeps you moving, helps you focus on what to do and how to do it! Now I did try to adjust my eating, but I think with all of the working out, I was actually eating more compared to prior to the training. I saw all these YouTubers doing this challenge and decided to give it a try myself! Here is what happened: But really, I was gaining a bit of weight, not liking it, and wanted to get rid of it. Over the past two weeks I have been doing the Chloe Ting 2-week shred challenge, and I have a few items to note about it!įirst of all, let’s talk about why I decided to do this… COVID… I think that is all I need to say. ![]()
